Eric was top notch! He was patient and persistent and made sure that our situation was completely solved! He made sure that not only was I satisfied but he was too with the results, and since he's the expert on how septic systems work, his opinion meant a lot to me! I really felt like he had my best interest in mind the whole day! He's definitely the best around!
