Started calling before noon. More than 6 hours later no return call. I was wanting to use his services but now I’m stuck with a clogged drain in my basement and unable to use any plumbing in the house. It would have been nice to at least get a return call even if he couldn’t get to me.

Came within 30-45 minutes of calling, however left a leaky valve.

Right on Time was fast, I called at 7am and he was at the house that afternoon. Super fast- we had a clogged drain that had me stumped (I had tried a liquid drain cleaner to no avail), he zoomed in and sucked out this massive amout of water, gravel, lint, and plastic from down there (no idea how all that got down there and I would have never gotten it out without him). Perfectly fixed now! Friendly, competent, skilled. Gave us advice on preventing future problems (like how the specific drain cleaner I tried to use eats pipes yikes). Affordable! I have hired maybe three local plumbers before for other jobs, Right On Time was hands down the most affordable hourly rate. What a relief since I was kind of worried what a rush job on a clogged nasty drain would take out of my wallet, extremely fair priced and good service! Will reccomend to friends! Will call back for future work!
