Had our furnace checked, in the past we had a tech that explained what and why he checked things and let us know that everything was fine. This year they had a young guy come in; didn't say a word except "sign here" and took off. They also tried to slip a much higher price through, instead of what we agreed on. I will not call them back for my house, or my business.

Pipes froze this winter. They worked with us every step of the way making sure we understood everything that was going to happen. Very respectable people!

I had this company come look at my furnace. Told me I needed a new one. I had no idea what I was gonna to do. I didn't have what they wanted even for a repair. I tried to pay the guy the service few and he said no charge cause he couldn't fix anything. I decided to use electric heaters till I could find a cheaper fix. I just got a call from a very rude receptionist that I now owe the service fee!!! Sorry when he didn't take my check and said no fee. That means no fee he said nothing about there will be a few if we don't fix it for you. They can take it from guys pay that said no fee!!

459 dollars for 1/2 hour work and charge for things that you don't get. Crooks!!
