They sent someone the same day I called. Spencer the technician arrived in a timely manner, assessed the work needed and explained it all to me. He finished the work faster than expected, so he adjusted the charges. I have used Plumbworks on several occasions at two other properties and I have never been dissatisfied or felt as if they were ripping me off. Every technician they have sent (including Spencer) has been courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I am seriously impressed with the team at plumb works and highly recommend! Kass was the first person I met when he came out to quote the job. ( and it was a big outdoors job !) It was a same day call , and he arrived later in the day, in the rain, on time and was super professional and comforting to us in an emergency situation. The next couple of days we met supervisor (Josh) and colleague (Spencer) and these guys along with Kass and others that I may not have met, worked tirelessly ( in some less than desirable conditions) to get us fixed up as soon as possible. Always on time, always respectful, kept me informed every step of the repair. And so far so good, This company and it’s people are outstanding!
