Wells Septic

This business customer service is horrible! Contacted them 2 1/2 weeks ago and still no reply. I was told by a driver he was on the way and he never showed. My last call aas 2 days ago, I'm done! Gave to someone who wants the business. Those stars will be disappearing as fast as they rush people off the phone!

Excellent customer service!!! They really worked my job in to get the problem fixed!! Highly recommend this company. The workmen were prompt and kept me informed as to what was going on. Very happy with the service and the results. Thank you Wells Septic.

We had a great experience with Wells Septic. We called another company first, and they came out to pump our tank, mislead us about how much they would charge, and quoted us a price to repair a broken pump. So I called Wells on a recommendation from a friend. Even on the phone, they were very helpful and took time to explain the system and likely problem and quoted a price to us for repairs, worst case. Once the technician came out to service, he was polite, efficient, and explained everything that he was doing. We did end up having to get the pump replaced, but the cost was exactly what we were quoted on the phone. And we saved at least $500 compared to the first company that came out. (I say at least because even after being here and getting started, the first company still couldn't tell me exactly what it would cost, they kept saying it would depend on what they ran into and wouldn't know until they got started...). I would use Wells Septic again and recommend them to a friend.
