Mylo is great! They have serviced my parents place in Glastonbury for many years. They recently installed a new hot water heater in our home and I couldn't be happier! Mike and Pete were both courteous of our home, and took time to answer any my questions. I would certainly recommend them to anyone!
Next day service. Jason G was excellent and very professional. Top quality service very knowlegeable. Local company that is well established. Same company helped my parents when i was growing up. Highly recommend no restraints or doubts.
They were fine and nice, but wow, watch out on price - $$$$ - the labor is okay at $120/ hour, but wow watch out on their INSANE markup. I made a huge mistake of not triple checking my price, it cost me over 3k after everything was said and done for a hot water heater that I found online for $900, retail $1200 - Mylo charged me $2,600 plus 500 for labor and tax! and I helped carry the old hot water heater out of the basement! You can't help but feel screwed over. I called to check on the price and they told me that's pretty much their policy and they have different prices than the large stores. I got this off of google, so I am hopeful if you read this you wont make the same mistake I did and go with this overcharging company!
