Vortex sewer and drain inc

Jason, with Vortex, came out on short notice today (same day response), after I had found that I had a sewage drain back up in my yard. It was a disgusting mess of toilet paper and brown water, and smelled horrible. Jason stayed in contact with me to let me know when he was delayed at another job before mine. When he arrived he did not mind me standing over him watching him work. He explained everything to me that he was doing and answered all my questions. The job was well priced. He was a very professional and proficient worker. He was also able to recommend preventative maintenance work, specific to my home, that could be done at a later time to help with my plumbing needs. This is the first time I really needed a plumber, and was very happy with the work that Vortex provided. I priced and spoke with many other plumbers before I chose Vortex, but I felt Vortex was honest and most cost effective. Jason was very much a down to earth professional. I found him easy to trust, friendly, and appreciative that he did not try to up-sale services I didn’t need. I will definitely be calling Vortex back when I have any further plumbing needs. I highly recommend this be your first and only call.
