Just called for an emergency hot water heater issue for my friend, who's blind. The guy told me he was busy and wouldn't be able to do it until 2 days from now, which is understandable. But, when I asked if he knew any reputable plumbers in our area, he very sarcastically, with a nasty tone, told me "You know they're phone books to look in and you can find about 200 in our area." I'm a local business owner and I would NEVER speak to a client like that. I said "Most people know other good people in their field." He said "Well." I ended the conversation by saying thank you and hanging up. It was a sincere thank you because I'm glad he wasn't available. I feel like we dodged a bullet. Do better guys. A professional attitude is everything!... I found a different plumber.
