The owner retuned my call within an hour and then had 2 technicians at my house the next morning. Gary and Artie were wonderful...gave me clear explanation of the issue and ended up clearing their schedules so they could perform the work on the spot (it was a big job - approx. 2 hours). They left everything as they found it and I would definitely use them again!

Fernando was professional and courteous. He was prompt and was able to rectify my plumbing problem. Fernando was able, also, to answer all questions asked of him. He found time to ask questions of me regarding the problem and explained the procedure in details. I am extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

Gary showed up in 15 minutes. Went right to work as if it was his first job of the day. Fixed in half an hour. Professionalism and confidence in a man who new what he was doing. No gloom and doom and whoa is me. Great service, would recommend and use again.

Mr.Rooter is this absolute best plumbing service!!!!I made my appointment on Friday with Mr.Rooter. The secretary was so courteous and was upfront with the cost. I was a little concerned on having a overflow in my bathroom. She reassured me by giving me an emergency contact number. She then had the technician speak to me about my concern..”Thats exceptional service!!!The technicians “Jamie & AJ” are the best!! They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained the process and even took the time to show me the work that was done. The entire staff at Mr. Rooter are exceptional!!I am a extremely happy customer and I would “DEFINITELY” use them again and would recommend them to others in a heartbeat!!!EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!!
