First Choice Plumbing is the best!! They respond so fast!! They are experienced and know what they’re doing - they’re very reasonable and explain everything so you understand what they did and why. I called yesterday morning - said it wasn’t an emergency and the plumber assigned called me to get information and was here before 1. He had everything fixed and put back together within a short timeframe! What a relief! These guys know their business and don’t gouge you for things you don’t need!! I’ve had them do work for me before and will continue to call them - they are dependable and reasonable and get the job done!
Had an awful back up in my basement. Phil was an absolute professional, kind and courteous. Quality of service was above expectations and will recommend company and this individual to all
Brendan did an excellent job of explaining my options, pricing them, and giving me information for deciding on the best choice. (He’s a good “teacher,” and I appreciate that.) He then performed the work very professionally. I’m grateful to have a trustworthy company to call for any future needs.
I have been using this company for years now. They are reliable, trustworthy, honest, and will always tell you exactly what they’re doing and check in with you and give you prices and options upfront. Let’s be honest, no one really wants to call a Plumber because we all know that if we call a plumber it is because we have plumbing issues! This is the only company I will ever call!
The plumber arrived on time for both appointments, told me what was wrong, attempted to fix the problem without installing new equipment but couldn't as the controller that died was irreparable. I ordered the part which was under warranty, made the appointment the day the part arrived and it was installed. It took about an hour to do. He also replaced a somewhat broken and corroded pressure relief valve that I had used to aid in the tank draining that I did before his 2nd appointment. He mentioned upon testing the water pressure to the water heater that it was 20psi above code and that it would be a good idea to either have a pressure regulator installed or repaired (same price for either option). I would definitely contact this company again for plumbing and HVAC/furnace repair, installation, or upgrades.
