I highly recommend The Rooter Drain Expert. John takes pride in his and his team's work and this came through in every step of the process. Our mainline to the street had been backing up and we had called another rooter company to snake it. They recommended replacing the mainline and gave us a high quote. A family member recommended John to us and he inspected the line and gave is a much lower quote and explained the difference between what the other plumber had recommended and what he was suggesting to do. I cannot over emphasize how great John was explaining both the problem and the solution. His transparency in both the work and the pricing was very appreciated and I would not hesitate the work with John again.
