Ray and his colleague did a great job in fixing my bathroom sink. He explained the situation and my options. He provided the price ranges of the work that needs to be done. He listened and performed the job in a professional manner. If I have a plumbing problem again, I would definitely use his services again.

Ray did an outstanding job for us making repairs in our laundry room and kitchen. It was very easy to make an appointment; he arrived in the 2 hour window of time he had given me and called 10 minutes in advance. He was professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

I had a badly clogged kitchen sink that I was unable to clear myself. I had made an appointment with a well known "Rescue" company for 12-2pm. They called once to tell me it would be 2-4 instead. Then at 3:30 they called to tell me they couldn't make it until the next day. I was furious and cancelled. I got in touch with Ray at Red Tulip and he was willing to come at the end of the day. He arrived when he said he would, and even though it was a difficult clog to clear, he stuck with it and got it done. He was friendly, polite, and professional. He really values his customers and gets the job done for a fair price and on time. What more can you ask for? I can't recommend him highly enough!
