Eric and his brother Joe came out for an estimate and consult for AC at the house this week. They called before hand and were prompt at arrival. I really liked his demeanor and how he handled himself. Very professional and took time to educate, explain and itemize what they are going to to do. They also are very flexible about the products used in case you favor one brand or the other. I also liked how he didn't use scare tactics or high pressure sales talk.
