They were here at our condo complex in Oceanside working on a gas leak and did an outstanding job. Their technician onsite was friendly, efficient, very knowlegeable. I reccomend them highly, they finished on time and stayed onsite to make sure everyone was up and running.

We had a large job in La Jolla that we contracted Arrow Pipeline Repair to asses the work and complete the repairs. The foreman on the job was Chad. He said he called my contractor and he authorized him not to do the line correctly or in its entirety. We thought that the work had been done so we advised the new buyers to go ahead and have their inspection done. We ran into a nightmare after this! The work had not been completed so we looked like we were being dishonest. When we called to find out what was going on we had to fight with management who ended up not helping at all. They claim we asked them to do half the job and that they were not going to do anything about it. We had to hire a new company to come out and complete the job they left unfinished which cost us an arm and a leg. What a disappointment. DON'T USE ARROW PIPELINE REPAIR!!!
