This was an after hours emergency call. Had a hard time finding someone who could come out even though their hours said 24/7. Everyone was either coming the next day or two including Air One. Although Air One did call back and said someone could be out in about 1-1 1/2 hours. Richard arrived about 20 minutes later and was here for about 45 minutes or more. And now am happy that we have heat!
Technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. I received a great deal and I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Technician was professional and left the work area clean. I definitely will be recommending Air One to all of my friends and family.
