Precision One Services

This is the 2nd time I have used Precision One for electrical services and am extremely satisfied both times. Dave B. came out and added electrical for my new washing machine so I could be up and running. I then ran into needing to replace old switches and outlets and so I requested Dave B. to come out and was able to complete the job the next day. Dave B. is very knowledgeable and will be sure your issue is resolved quickly and correctly. I found my go-to company and electrician. Very personable and professional. Thank you Precision One and Dave B. for being able to come out immediately and get my electrical issues/concerns addressed.

We contacted Precision One Services on New Year's Eve with a non-emergency plumbing issue, and they promptly scheduled a service call for the next day (New Year's Day), with a suggested arrival window. The plumber, Dave, contacted us to let us know he was running a little late. When he arrived, he was personable, professional, and careful as he resolved the "running toilet" issue by replacing the valves. The price was fair (and didn't include "emergency" upcharges) and the service was thorough. Good find in a local plumber.

Hired this company to do light fixtures in my home. Easy to schedule an appointment and were prompt for the first appointment. Mike and his helper were polite and helpful and trustworthy. Had to leave while they were here the first time for over an hour. They gave me an estimate and wanted to be payed before starting the job, 2 bedroom fans and 3 light fixtures in the kitchen/Dinning room. They were here for a couple of hours but left pencil marks on the ceiling that I later discovered. They needed to come back to replace a fixture that’s was to small. Second appointment there was no confirmation of day or time they just showed up but I was home. They replaced the fixture but left the mess, wire on the floor, and the box. I had to hire a painter to finish the job even though they said that they take care of all clean Up and touch up. Communication was difficult over all. Not as professional as expected.

Rapid response time. Courteous staff. They came to fix a leak in our shower (which ended up needing to rebuild the copper piping due to Beaumont's hard water problem). This rebuild ended up saving us a lot of potential water damage as some of the original copper pipes were not welded (its a miracle they did not come apart already). They even reinforced some of the piping with straps to help eliminate movement and vibration of the pipes. We are very satisfied and would use and recommend again.
