Russell's Heating and Air Conditioning

Called today cause my heater was not working, they got a person here really fast. He was polite well mannered, professional, he answered all my question got my heater fixed really fast. I will be having all my ac/ heater issues fixed with them from now on . I will be having plumbing done with them as well and I hope my experience is just as great

From the gal on the phone (Sydney) to the guy (Angel) who came out to service my vintage wall heater, great service, prompt and very kind and helpful in every way. I would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you again Angel , for your good suggestions.

They claim 24/7 service. I called them for an after hours plumbing issue. Twice I went through the screening process of leaving my name, number, email, issues I was having. Both times I was told I would be called back shortly. After 30 hours, I have still not heard anything from this company. Save your time and stress and just skip to somebody that wants the business. If you are going to advertise after hours or 24/7 at least have the courtesy to return the calls after customers go through the screening process and sit there waiting for a return call.

Matt came today from Russell's heating and air conditioning. He was very prompt fixed the issue quickly and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend their service contract to anyone. Fastest best service I've had in a long time

Russell's was a delight to work with and Connie is very professional and extremely nice! She does a great job. I especially appreciated that not once did they try to upsell me on anything! I have NO complaints.
