I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Comfort Plumbing. I called them for a sewer line blockage. They were friendly, helpful, and best of all punctual. Matt, the service guy was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had it fixed in no time. The cost was very reasonable, especially when compared to some other plumbing services I have used. I highly recommend giving them a call if you ever need a plumber.

I must say, I am very very impressed with Comfort Plumbing Systems. I live in Grass Valley, and unfortunately my sewer got clogged on the day I had visitors coming to stay! I called Comfort Plumbing Systems explaining my situation...they were booked fully for that day and the next, but said they would try to squeeze me in somewhere. They communicated throughout the day updating me as to a possible time they could come. Somehow they were able to send someone over the same day...he spent time working on it, and found that a jetter was needed to clear the clog. So, another person was sent out with the equipment needed, and the work was completed the same day! They did an excellent job...very professional and knowledgeable...and cleaned up everything neatly before leaving. Wow...above and beyond service! I will definitely use them again if needed, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all my friends.

Comfort Plumbing Systems is a stand-out company, with attentive customer service both in the office and in the field! My 3 year old water heater went out and I called Comfort after receiving a recommendation from a friend who is a contractor. Cathy in the office was so understanding and sympathetic. She went out of her way to get me squeezed into their schedule later that same day. Matt came out and is knowledgeable, skilled, and went above and beyond to get it back in operation. He is also neat (I really appreciate someone who is careful and doesn't leave a mess behind). I highly recommend Comfort Plumbing Systems. They exceeded my expectations on all levels.

Recently used Comfort Plumbing for an emergency job at our company and they were prompt and courteous. I then had some issues at my home and they responded quickly identified the problem and fixed in a few hours, the plumber who showed up was professional and my interaction with the scheduling staff was great. I will be using them again soon on another property I own. Great people, fair prices.

Comfort Plumbing Systems installed my new electric hot water heater today. I am fairly new to Lake Wildwood in Penn Valley. A new friend recommended this plumbing company to me. Comfort Plumbing’s quote was far more reasonable than any other quotes I received. Matt did a very thorough job on the installation of my water heater. He was courteous and kind, and very hard working! Great work ethic! Cathy was on the phone from Comfort Plumbing in the office there, with a cheerful demeanor and an organized mind. Thanks guys!
