Ramos Plumbing

I called Ramos Plumbing last month after having the hot water heater line break. The staff member that answered the phone was courteous and explained that the plumber would call me as he was finishing his other job. The plumber called on time and told me when I could expect him. The plumber showed up on time, assessed the situation quickly, and got right to work. The plumber explained the reason behind the leak and asked how I wanted it fixed (rather than just fixing it and charging me). The work was complete in an hour and before leaving the plumber laid out all my wet towels to dry. Great experience, and relatively inexpensive as far as plumbers go. Would certainly recommend to anyone.
