Charged $459 for two leaking faucets! Called office to complain and hung up on me. Needless to say I found a new plumber.

I have a long relationship with this company. The Plumbing team is prompt and efficent. Their workmenship has been great. The employees are friendly and work clean. I don't have to clean-up behind them. The A/C people are friendly and respectful as well. When I call, it doesn't take them long to take care of me. That's important when you Air stops. I have found the customer service to be great, fair, and responsive. Today I learned they have a 24/7 answering service and service was available on Sunday. Wish I had known, wish the service center had offered me that option for an additional fee. I would have happily paid for Sunday service. Now you know!, ask for what you require.
