Technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He performed all the repairs necessary to return my furnace to working condition. I only removed one star because the part that was replaced I found online for a 10th of the price the company charges. Great service but they get you hard on the component mark up.

I damaged a condensor pipe while installing an electrical line. I called C&G and talked with John one of the owners. He brought the stress level from a 10 to a 2 over the phone. John was out at the home I was working at in less than an hour repaired the damage and was fair with his price.
