Made an appointment for them to come out on Wednesday for a wall leak. I was informed it would be later in the afternoon. Noone ever showed and no call to attempt a reschedule for my service. Someone waited at the house all afternoon./evening. They said I never contacted them with address. Not true! I got a text message back from them right after I sent them the info needed.
