Thadd was the only plumber, out of several, who answered my call after hours. While we ended up not needing his services in the end (thanks to my handy husband) it was great that he made himself available to us well past working hours on one of the coldest nights I can recall.

Contacted Thadd to replace a water heater (that had finally died and we had no hot water). He was prompt in getting back to us, placing the order and installing the new one in a very timely fashion. He did everything promised and did a great job with the installation. We highly recommend!

COLD WATER I used the number provided. Left a short message. I received a call back very shortly after. Explained my situation to him. He showed up on no notice. Diagnosed the problem. Replaced the faulty part. He waited to make sure it was working properly. More that fair prices. Pleasant person. You need to call this guy.
