Had them do a quote and I never called them back due to the tracking of dirt and some mud throughout my house.
Do not use this vendor. They performed a project for us, told us the amount was $410.00, then charged our CC $539.99 which was not authorized. We have attempted to reach them multiple times to discuss but they have conveniently avoided all of our calls and have not returned any messages. I will be turning this over to the BBB and local authorities as well.
Do NOT do business with this company. Neither Mark Jr. nor Mark Sr. leave their house to meet their customers. Mark Jr. takes all the calls and sends unlicensed men that he hires under the table and promises to pay, but never pays them. This guy never met my husband except over the phone before he hired him. Then sent him to 3 jobs before he met my husband in person and still has not paid him for any of the jobs. My husband is an honest man just trying to take care of his 3 kids and me. We feel royally screwed by this guy. My husband worked 26 hours and received nothing. Plus he worked another 3 installing our toilets for this guy, while this guy collects the money and runs. We are filing a complaint with the ccb. Happy Valley Plumbing already has had a problem with other employees and this time is going to be fined and penalized. I hope this review helps you to better understand what kind of person you are dealing with, because this is not a professionally or honest run business. This guy is not to be trusted.
The father is a good guy and deserves 4 stars. I wouldn't want the son in my house or even on my property. I would never give him a retainer. He was, in my opinion, dishonest in all of his dealings with my wife and I. Charming but we could not trust anything he said. It took months to complete anything. We took him to court and won a judgement against him. He has never payed a cent of it.
