Beware! If I could give zero stars I would. I actually called Chris the owner of this company doesn’t know what he is doing. Came to fix the boiler because there was no hot water. Said it was a wire issue. Within 1 week the same issue occurred and no hot water. I called him again he told me it was another issue. He is not professional and is always late 1 hour. I actually called big Apple installation to do this job but they sent instant plumbing repair! Awful.... Would never use them again.

After an emergency at our home, we called this plumber twice and left messages. When they did call back, the secretary said that they were 'not interested' in doing an inspection for us. Thank goodness for the folks at T. Webber plumbing!

When calling they rtn phone call was over 48 hours and then was told it will take at least 3 days for service. We were promised a call before coming, on day 3 the service guy just showed up. We then informed him that it was already serviced but we would be charged for the visit either way. So we allowed him to take a second look he then stated we needed to replace an $9 piece. Since we have used them for over 10 years we said sure bc we trust them. We then get a $150 bill $25 for the part and the balance for labor even though the entire process took 35 mins. We then attempted to contact them regarding the bill and svc just to get a return call 2 weeks later. Informing us the bill is what it is. We then asked to have the owner who again we are very familiar with give us a call and here we are 2 months later no call. After using the same company for over 10 years I expected better service in addition to all of my neighbors also use them from our recommendation. Will not use them again would not recommend and informed our neighbors as well. Ofcourse 1 of our neighbors had the exact same situation and will not use them again...very disappointed, loyalty clearly means nothing these days.
