I had a toilet/sewage issue at my house. Thankfully, it was contained to a basement bathroom. A friend recommended Bernie’s and I called him. He wasn’t able to come right out as he was very busy. He said he’d be out around noon the next day and called me at 830am and said he was on his way. I imagined the worst and envisioned being told I would have to dig up the yard etc, thinking thousands of $$$$’s. He came out and was very traditional, cordial and professional. He got right to the issue and had it cleared in about an hour and a half. Bernie has the equipment to do whatever he can to get the job done. The best part is, he doesn’t use it if it doesn’t need it. A true professional and personable Man. Thank you, Bernie.

Bernie came to try and unclog my basement utility sink drain. He snaked the line 75 feet. He discovered it drains into a dry well and wasn't clogged... Just that the well won't accept any more water. Most plumbers would charge you a base fee just coming to look at it and the labor. Despite his best efforts, Bernie couldn't help me, so he said no charge. A quality professional.

Bernie was VERY quick to respond & did a terrific job at a very reasonable rate. His jobs are ones you typically want done fast & Bernie is all about that.
