The most important point to make about Steve's work is how reliable it is. If Steve does the job, it won't fail later. Every other plumber's work in my house eventually leaked or failed in some way 3-6 months later. Steve's work is permanent. He doesn't cut corners.

Called him to fix my toilet. Was leaking between the tank and the bowl. I told him I was probably just going to buy a new toilet. He told me I should think smart and not spend the money on a brand new toilet. He came out and installed the tank repair kit, then charged me $250 dollars. I could have had a BRAND NEW toilet delivered, and installed, for less than $200 dollars. He took advantage of me. BEWARE.
