Been using Mike for years! He’s the best in town and unlike others around here, he hasn’t changed his prices. He also doesn’t come out to your house and spend a day drawing out “hourly rates.” He’s knowledgeable and thorough and will spend the extra time explaining everything to you without making you feel dumb. I refer him all the time! If you want someone fair and honest who will fix your plumbing right, call Mike.
Mr. McAllister was nice enough to come out to my house within a few hours of when I called, but then he charged me the full $150 service call charge even though he wasn't actually able to fix my kitchen sink. I know his time isn't free, but I would have at least expected the service call charge to be reduced considering he didn't actually fix anything. I will not use his services again, and I would discourage anyone else from doing so. He clearly does not adhere to an "honest work for honest pay" philosophy.
