After removing the handle of a Signature Hardware Melton faucet which didn't even look like it could be removed, Mike from this store offered to help me find the right cartridge by just looking at a text image of the faucet. There were no obvious indicators as to what it was, the manufacturer's website didn't seem to offer any replacement parts or even manuals showing how to do a replacement AND the only number that was printed on the cartridge yielded zero google results that were relevant, so I would have never been able to immediately know what to do with this part. Thankfully I called these folks and Mike identified and set aside the exact part for me. I got there in back in a half hour and was able to successfully replace a cartridge on a $300 faucet for only $15 in parts and a little elbow grease. Thanks Mike!

They were able to find me a stem for a transfer valve everyone else said has been discontinued since the 90s. Ordered it and I picked it up 2 days later. Very happy.

This place has it all. If there is a part that every other store says is "discontinued" go here. They will have it. Mike, the guy behind the counter, was great. Got me everything I needed for my old broken shower faucets. All I had was a blurry bad picture and everything fit like a charm. The old guy that answers the phone needs to not be so grumpy, but that didn't take away from my experience. Other than that, they have all the odds and ends for older systems.
