We had an awesome experience with the installers from your company. They were very professional and experienced in what they do and we were very pleased with our new split system. They were prompt in arriving. Cleaned up well after the job and gave us lots of their time to answer any questions we had. Great company. We would highly recommend to anyone we know.

Painless process from beginning to end. Very professional crew, from sales advisor to installation crew. Good communication throughout every step in the process. Lead installer explained system in great detail and the premises were left clean and clear of debris. I would certainly recommend TMS to friends and family.

Randy was the consummate professional, explaining the process every step of the way and answering all of my questions. He was courteous and friendly and gave me great confidence in the product. His employer is fortunate to have someone like Randy representing the organization. I believe he would do well in management one day.

I recently had ductless air conditioners placed in my house by total Mechanical. Ryan and Rich and the electrician Steve where the employees who showed up for instal. I cannot say enough about how professional and hard working they where. Ryan always updated me to what was happening, and Rich and Ryan would constantly double and triple check their work. There was an issue with my attic and Rich stayed to rectify it with Ryan and would not give up until the job was correctly done. This instal team gave me hope that like myself their are still people that take pride in their work as if it was their own houses they where installing in. Todd is lucky to have these 2 professionals working for him. I will be recommending total Mechanical to everyone!???? Also thanks to James from sales total professional.
