Dominic was great. He was in a position to make easy money off of me but took the high road...I had a main water line break under my lawn Friday night. I called him up Saturday and he laid out all different scenarios and potential costs. He informed me that digging can be a big cost, so I dug it myself and found the pipe and the problem. He told me to send some photos so I did. And no more than a hour later he responds by telling me it's a easy repair that a homeowner can do and save money. So he told me step by step how to do the repair and that's how it got fixed..I was super appreciative of this. He could have scheduled a week out and made money off of me. We need more people like dominic. He will be my future plumber and the first name I recommend.

Dominic answered my phone call, scheduled a time to visit within 2 hours, texted me 15 min before to let me know he was almost there, and gave me a fair quote. He was number one on Yelp, and I think he deserves it! I met with 2 other plumbers that day and Dominic (Elite Plumbing) was my favorite.

Dominic and his apprentice Justice were professional, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. We found Elite through searching for local plumbers. Our water heater developed an internal leak while away on vacation, so we needed help fast. We had already decided on getting it replaced with a tankless water heater. So, I called Elite, Dominic answered on the second ring and set up a time that day to swing by to evaluate. He was very communicative and responsive with when he would be by, and on time. He evaluated our situation and was able to get us a tankless water heater installed and the old one removed that day. We are very happy with our experience and will definitely recommend them to anyone we know and use them for ourselves in the future.

Dominic is a local small business owner that takes cares of his clients. We have used Elite Plumbing 3 times and were very pleased. Our first job was our main shut off valve in front of our home. It was leaking and we didn't want to waste water. Dominic came out within 24 hrs and was able to do a repair which happened to be an upgrade! Instead of an old turning knob, he welded a new simple lever. 2 years later we needed to upgrade both bathroom toilets and replace both sinks. He was able to fix a small leak that we had in our hallway bathroom due to another plumber installing our last toilet incorrectly. Dominic also upgraded our pipes and water valves in both bathrooms sinks. The best part was having him go above and beyond. He also installed our two sink counter tops. This was huge for us. We didn't have to call for someone else, wait for an appointment or pay separately. He was able to do it all at once. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dominic runs his business. I was able to communicate with him via text after hours to accommodate for my hectic schedule. We highly recommend Elite Plumbing!
