Steve has been quick to respond when my hot water heater leaked. He had great rates and I hot water within hours. Recently I purchased a home that needed many plumbing repairs. Steve and Jeff have been instrumental in making a nightmare into a wonderful home with no plumbing leaks for a reasonable price. I needed to call them after hours and they always call me right back and solve my problems. Steve and Jeff are very knowledgeable about conditioning systems for your house. The system they put in has saved me money in cleaners since I no longer have hard water. The water in the house tastes great and the water in the pool requires less chemicals and doesn't leave a calcium line. I recommend a+ to everyone I speak to regarding plumbing issues.
I'm not much for writing reviews, but I am compelled to write a review for Steve of A+ Plumbing! I called A+ Plumbing for some major leaks...3 times now! We were out of state and found out that our water bill had jumped to $500 a month and Steve (the owner and head repairman) came out personally to search for the problem and found a faucet behind a bush in the back yard that was leaking from the pipes profusely. He fixed it and now my water bill is less that $50 a month now! Also, 2 more times I had problems with the kitchen sink leaking (as well as our shower) and Steve came out again and fixed it perfectly! Then again with a bathroom toilet...each time he was gracious, kind, courteous and efficient and cleaned up his areas spotlessly! I would recommend him to everyone! I called A Plus on a Saturday afternoon and they were at my house within an hour! Very polite and informative about the issue. They even cleaned the toilet for us!! So awesome, if i ever had another issue i would vall them immediately!
Steve just installed a water softener and an RO system in our house and he was very professional. He runs a "legit" operation and is open, honest and friendly. He arrived on time, finished his work on schedule and is competitively priced. He was also available for post installation questions and other recommendations. I highly recommend Steve for any plumbing needs.
