i competently agree with Alicia foley's review tim and leo came to my house. did half of the repairs left said he had to came back to finish the work, then he change his mind during the work said he doesnt fix wall that he cut off to get to pipes, and said i had fix the wall to get the job done. he left the without finish it, i paid him for it biggest mistake that i made. i talk to many plumbers after it they all said i got ripped off by tim and leo.

I contacted Central CT Plumbing and Heating to repair my central air conditioning. Tim and his employee came out the next day. He spent 2 hours trying to diagnosis the unit. He replaced a part. The unit stopped working again within 2 hours. We called him and he said he would come out the next day. He did and diagnosed another problem. That repair only lasted 1 week. We called him on a Tuesday and he told us the earliest he could come out was that Friday. I was willing to wait to have him make to correct repairs. On Thursday, he called and left a message and told us that he could not come out on Friday and that he would come out on "some time" the following week. We called him twice and left messages, but he never returned our calls. I think it is ridiculous for a business to not stand behind the work that is completed. I was charged over $400.00 for both visits and the "repairs" didn't even last 2 weeks. The fact that he took our money and then refused to return our calls or make the correct repairs is problematic.

Tim did the commercial plumbing for our brewery and he did a fantastic job, first rate.

The sole proprietor showed up in a timely manner and spent about 30 minutes on a clog. Was well mannered. Fixed clog. The reason I give him 3 stars is he said he was going to charge $150 to clear the drain and then charged $170 by pouring 'acid' in the drain before notifying me I was being charged extra. I would have declined the 'acid' if properly notified I was being charged extra. I also asked him to run the snake through a second time and he refused. Other than that, he appeared to know his trade.
