Communication leaves a lot to be desired!!! I went for an interview on a Monday and was told I would be contacted on the Wednesday however the week after I had to email the company for an update? I was emailed back to say I was unsuccessful. I just thought it would have been professional to let me know on the Wednesday like I was promised. I have the correspondence to back up my complaint.
