Saucier installed a new unit at my moms place, unit had issues and house wasn’t cooling. Several technicians along with the service manager worked on the unit over several days until issue was resolved. Very happy with the professionalism from the company. Installation was very clean. I’d recommend this company as it was recommended to us.

As I write, I am waiting for delivery of a part for my 5 year old Goodman Furnace/AC. The past weekend was sweltering and we learned the control board and defrost sensor went bad. Corey was able to start the AC after the first visit. Unfortunately, it was a fluke and the control board was bad. He was given bad information by Goodman (removing the defrost sensor would do the trick; replace that before we use the furnace for heat). As the humidity and air temp rose, the furnace/AC failed to function. I called Saucier a few days later all upset and Justin was dispatched in short order-- no charge. Justin did much of what Corey did, and then some only to advise that the parts had to be replaced immediately for any hope of AC. Both Corey and Justin were professional, and did everything they could. Saucier should go after Goodman for the bad advice in taking up Justin's time. Saucier sets a high bar for quality customer serviced and makes every effort to raise that bar. We will look forward the third visit when we get that Control Board/Defrost sensor installed. This is expensive. I put it all on Goodman, which BTW, only has a 5 year warranty on the parts. The $800+ parts for a $18000 furnace/AC that is 5 years and 5 months old. Saucier took the "heat" for it. I appreciate the professionalism. Goodman should be reimbursing Saucier for Justin's time.

Awesome - I would give them more stars if available! I recently had the need for several jobs to be assessed, quoted, executed and inspected by the Town of Southington Building Department. They were very accommodating to my situation of remotely preparing for a home sale, provided a fair assessment with options and suggestions and executed to the standards of the Building Department. I would highly recommend the division services I used - plumbing, mechanical, gas and electrical. Thank you for your professionalism and efficient job execution. Also a huge thank you to the office staff for being communication liaisons, tracking down and providing statuses, processing payments and providing documentation. All around a great experience in a world where it is hard to find good, trust-worthy contractors.

Steer clear this company unless you have a lot of money and time to waste. Called them to fix my split air system it was showing low coolant which I told them over the phone when I made the appointment. Sent the greenest technician out without the proper tools to check for leaks and could not find a leak via the pressure test. Said he refilled my system with coolant and charged me $350. By the next morning it was giving me the same error. Called them back they sent the same technician with the leak detector and he told me to leak was in the wall and he would have to rip apart my wall to fix it and charge me another $250. Both visits the technician seemed to be in panic mode and on the phone asking for help. After two calls and $600 I called another company within an hour he had evacuated the system and refilled the system and it's been great ever since. Waited 4 months to post my review to make sure the other companies fix held. PS the only good portion this company was the billing department who sent me many bills and sure I paid every dime. Moral of the story stay away from this company

Came to check out my furnace, it had a cracked heat exchanger. I live with my 88 y/o grandfather and without my insistence they made room for me on their schedule the next day to replace the entire furnace. They will have my business from here on out. Thanks guys!
