Just called Medway Drains out to fix my blocked toilet. Having read the other reviews i might not have used them, but I didn't see them until after they completed the job luckily.. I can only rate them 5 star - fantastic service from start to finish for me.
Just had a call out from 3flow drainage, not normally one for writing reviews but the guy that came out was so helpful, explained everything to me, broke the costings down and gave me chance to ring my partner and even explained it to him over the phone. Left the area clean and tidy. And after having another company out that spent no time at all here and couldn't solve the problem but these guys did with no fuss... couldn't recommend more.
The boys were a pleasure to have around. Good job efficiently carried out. No fuss, minimum mess and cleared up well after themselves.
