After seeing the reviews, I called Azad for repair as my usual plumber was away. My boiler worked for a couple of months and then stopped again with the smell of burning where they had changed a part. The secondhand part fitted was not compatible and overheated, causing hundreds of pounds of damage to the system. The electrics were not fitted properly either and the consequences could have been much worse according to British gas. Scary experience.

Called and ansar call was great
