best service is most expensive company to deal with, my next door did same as I did like changed AC, FURNACE AND COIL , and pay less then 50% what I paid, I paid $12000.00. next door paid $5800.00 with other company. also I got the bid from best service for change water line at my house. best service quoted $14308.00 and I hired other company and did same work for $2300.00, I DO NOT RECOMMENDED BEST SERVICE AT ALL. They took 1500 about 3 days ado and still have not fixed the AC unit. Their technician tells us every day I will finish it up by tomorrow. And it’s been total of Three days without air-conditioning and he has already collected the money from us. Today I have been calling him constantly to see where the technician is And they don’t know where he went. When asking for a supervisor they said He will call me at his convenience. I have been without air conditioning for three days and $1500 later and now they can’t find anybody to send.
Don’t use this company. They’re all about getting as much money from you as possible and not concerned about service or fixing the problem. After spending thousands of dollars had to have someone else come out and fix their work. Long term, they’ll be out of business.
No Stars for this company. This is the worst company and worst service I ever hired to do work to repair my AC. They charged me $850 last year to install device for the two units to communicate each other. It never worked properly. This year, the device simply does not work anymore. I called this year to find out that the repair is not under warranty. Please do not use this company or you will regret wasting your time and money.
Rodrigo and Daniel Miranda just left my house, they cleaned my main sewer drain that I was having problems with. I have had this same problem for years but have never had such a complete and professional job done. They were knowledgeable and did a complete job, they explained the different options I had and let me decide on the one that I could afford at this time.
