I got an excellent deal of no fix no pay, a cover of less than £9.00 a month parts and labour. And a new machine if it is unable to be fixed within the 12 months cover. The man on the phone was very thorough polite and explained everything in detail. He made sure i understood before committing. Great service! Would recommend to my friends and family.
Dealt with their customer service agent Nathan, very helpful, open and honest with the costs and lead time involved. He was happy to work to my schedule and I did not feel rushed or under any pressure to proceed. It was also nice to see him take the same level of care at every point of the call from GDPR awareness as well as the selling aspect of the GoAssist service.
