Requested an exact seat from a known range, got sent something completely different, and was then completely ignored when contacting them for the right item to be sent. Just wanted the sale I guess. Poor advice, and very poor after sales support.

Awful. Sold me a "complete package" - "Everything you need" but the toilet cisterns weren't included neither were the floor fixings for the toilet pan. I could go on.
