Simon came out last minute on a Friday to replace our (almost blown up) hot water system. He was fast, professional and very reasonably priced. Also really, really appreciated that he didn't take advantage of my complete ignorance regarding hot water systems/plumbing, as he explained the whole process and the safety features on the replacement model.
