Fantastic work on our bathroom. Highly recommend
AVOID I am dissatisfied and angry by work carried out by Caesar’s Plumbing and their apparent lack of care about customer service , it falls way below my expectations. I did meet at the jobs completion with the owner Mark, which he followed with a defensive email which left me still feeling unheard , unvalued as a client and dismissed, was that because I was not a tradesperson, nor a man or because he is always right at all costs. I contacted the ‘ Master Plumbers and Gasfitters Association in the hope of a way to readdress the unsatisfactory work and disappointing communication only to be told ‘Caesar’s Plumbing is not a member of our association’ . This was contrary to their website which stated ‘we are long-standing members which binds us to a Code of Ethics ‘ Clearly they are not members because they do not observe the ‘Code of Ethics’ “Observe the highest standards of honesty in all transactions, and in advertising and Provide best service at a reasonable cost ‘ or their own commitment “to delivering the highest levels of customer service” I can see they have now amended the website maybe by a bit of a prompt from the Masters Plumbers and Gasfitters Association and at least they are no longer falsely advertising their ethics . I wish I had the foresight to look at other’s reviews earlier and ask locals who all have similar experiences . As the highest paid trade ( $120 p/h) at my home it is the only business I experience daily reminders of the substandard outcomes of employing Caesar’s Plumbing , magnified by the lack of a client’s worth by it’s owner and the cherry on the top, I paid $1336 for the pleasure. -I wasn’t heard about having a polished concrete floor and now have a prominent permanent ugly scar on a very costly floor finish . - I was told the gas regulator had to be accessible but not that it would be positioned so low in the visible opening . I was not asked what the purpose of open cabinet was therefor the gas pipe and regulator are at a high risk of being dislodged and / or punctured. - I provided an Australian Standard fitting for the sink , yet I was charged for a replacement which had to be obtained off site, charged at $120p/h to do this. No consultation and original part not returned . - Calls not returned in a timely fashion or at all. -.Invoice has total labour costs but does not give hourly rate or hours being invoiced - Website contains misleading/ false information , assurances it has a ‘Code of Ethics’ and membership to Masters Plumbers and Gasfitters Association - Does not illustrate any qualities of customer service or satisfaction
I'm renovating my laundry so I rang Caesars Plumbing and I booked a date/ time to have my laundry sink removed as the waste and to cap the pipes. I was told on the phone that it has been written down in the schedule book and I was the first job of the day starting at 08:00. 09:00 I called and I was informed by the same person that booked the appointment, it's not in the schedule book. I was then told a plumber will be available later that day but after calling another plumber, I decided to go with them over Caesars even if it meant the job would be done days later. I will never ever call Caesars plumbing ever again, so unreliable or maybe they are just very picky on what jobs they get, I'm guessing it's all about the $$$$$$$$ with them rather than customer service. I have read past reviews and they have a number of bad reviews, can see why. Would I recommend, obviously not
Unreliable and does not return calls. Same issue 8 months apart, hard to find a good plumber in Freo
North of the River: Had a recent plumbing problem and was given a verbal recommendation to try Caesars Plumbing & Gas. They arrived at the appointed time, found the employee to be neat and tidy in appearance. Had all the parts he needed to complete the installation of my new tapes and pipes. Cleaned up and removed all excess packaging. (No one does that anymore!). At the same time, I made enquires about what it would cost to change from a 'tank' hot water system to an 'instantaneous' system. He was knowledgable on what I would need i.e. Elec point outside, size of the unit etc. He arranged for Head office to follow up with my enquire. Needless to say, I now have a new hot water system installed by Caesars Plumbing & Gas. I'm very happy and would (and have), recommend Caesars Plumbing & Gas to my family and friends.
