We have no hesitation in recommending EcoHome Boilers. The entire procedure to replace a boiler ran unbelievably smoothly from our initial phone call to the completion of the work. Sylvester is not only an outstandingly good technician but also helpful and polite and a pleasure to have had working here.

Being on my own not having a clue about boilers ecohome was a great help. The price they quoted to find the fault was then deducted from the total price of repair which i thought was excellent and a great way of doing business. Cant fault the engineer and the office kept me informed throughout the whole job. Highly recommend

AVOID!!! no accountability when the service went wrong. My boiler is less than 2 years old, and in order to maintain the warranty I had to have a service. I had no previous issues with the boiler, however within hours of the service the boiler had no pressure and therefore the heating and hot water did not work. The engineer and the head office refused accountability saying it was a parts issue and that it was a coincidence the issue came immediately after the service and they would return to resolve the fault. All the while, the engineer was trying to up sell me to replace parts, and have a chemical clean. It felt like a complete scam, and I can only imagine what they do to vulnerable people. I had to pay a further £80 for another engineer to come to the house, and within 5 minutes the boiler was sorted because the Eco Home Boiler contracted engineer didn't correctly clean/ put back in place the expansion vessel which in turn stopped the PRV from instructing the boiler pressure. I can accept mistakes happen, but this felt like a scam and no attempt to rectify the issue or own it. The contracted Engineer and the company only wanted to up sell throughout, even when I communicated the issue. There was never any movement of coming back to check the boiler, unless an additional payment was made. Avoid Eco Home Boilers
