Instead of parking their van in their allocated parking spaces/garages these people put others at risk by parking it on a blind bend on a main road. This must presumably be to either have it less difficult for them to join the main road (at the expense of every other driver/children crossing the road) or to advertise their business to passing drivers who get stuck behind it. This I dread to think what they would do to a gas CH system.
