In a world where trades people often treat you as if they are doing you some huge favor by taking your hard earned cash it was refreshing to find a company that took the time to actually answer the phone in the evening and respond thoroughly to all my questions and concerns throughout the process. Had already attempted to deal with two other fireplace companies that just either had no time to speak with you or offered no easy way to pay them other then traveling all the way out to our rental unit to provide them with cash or cheque in hand. Our tenant had booked off a day for getting her fireplace serviced and after things fell through with the original company we had lined up Sam was able to arrange getting in there for the same date with only 3 days notice. Original companies I spoke with needed 3 weeks! Sam took extra time to physically demonstrate with his gas sensors that all was safe after his servicing of the fireplace leaving our tenant completely content that her fireplace was safe for her family to use. Price was very competitive and he offered easy payment via E-transfer. You will not find a better company to use. Thank you Sam.
