Setting up my appointment was easy. They were on time with great communication the whole time. They fixed the problem without a hitch at a very fair price. Perfect service. I was referred to them by a friend who highly recommend them. And now I highly recommend them. Don't hesitate to call them. They even have an answering service on off times.

They came for a clogged sink in the bathroom. They could not guarantee their work. They charge $50.00 to diagnose that the bathroom sink was clogged. (yeah, we know) $344.00 to snake a bathroom sink. We paid less to snake the house to the street for a tree root. Kenyetta was main person along with another guy. The sink is unclogged but that price is NOT fair.

I’ve been very pleased with the JTP service. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been polite, professional, and honest. Even though I moved to another town farther away, I will still keep hiring JTP.

Shaquille is the plumber that came out to the house to fix what I screwed up. I had to shut off the main water valve to the house, but when I did, I over tightened the old valve.... and I broke it. So it's broken in the "OFF" position, which means - NO water. I called Joe the Plumber and scheduled for one of his workers to help us. Shaquille called me and told me when to expect him at the house. He showed up exactly when he said he'd be there. As he's fixing the problem, he was kind enough to answer any questions I had, he also explained what he was doing and why. He's very polite and respectful. He even cleaned up what small mess he had. I can easily recommend this company for professional work.

Their dispatch communicated every step of the way.The plumber explained everything in detail, was professional and personable. Pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend them and will call them in the future without reservation.
