Great guys, they are experienced and knowledgeable. They have solved drainage issue at my house as I used to have a lot of rain water collecting on my backyard after each rain. Water was coming from neighbours, since my lot is located low. Now, after few rains, I could tell weeping tile system they have installed is working and my backyard looks great. I had water leak in my basement. Rooterworx (Toronto Drain Services) came to my house right away. We had problem diagnosing the cause of the leak. They checked different areas and finally figured out the cause. They did water proofing around the house and installed sum pump. Due to the excess water underneath the house, we end up installing the second sum pump. Oleg is the person I dealt with. He was prompt with his communications and was easy to deal with. The price was very reasonable and it comes with 25 years warranty. So far happy with the work they did and the leak stopped. There will be follow ups in the future when the grade sinks in the area where they water proofed and I will keep you all posted with the follow ups.

I have worked with Oleg and his crew on many waterproofing, plumbing, backflow valve, and home drainage projects over the past 10 years (I am a residential renovations General Contractor) and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Toronto Drain Services did a sewer drain repair at my house this fall. I'm extremely satisfied with their service as it was an emergency storm pipe repair, which had a blockage. They took care of the matter fast and professional. From the begging till the end it was done A+. They have all equipment required, did not leave mess after themselves, the final cost was as an agreed amount upon signing the contract. There were no extra charge. I definitely recommend them.

I would like to thank plumber from this drain company for coming out today and fixing leaking drain pipe. It was not working proper for a while, and today it started to leak while I use water at my kitchen. Plumber came in no time, was very corteous and professional in assisting the problem, fixing it and customer service was excellent. Price was reasonable too. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a drain service, especialy if time sensative such as an emergency drain repair.TX!
