Amazingly positive experience using Novel care to install Ductless air conditioning and a Combi boiler . From the initial sales call to the installation.the sales representative was very knowledgable, kind and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Marc and Ryan installers were extremely intelligent, efficient, and did a phenomenal job. I can't help thinking how lucky I was to have them do out installations.
My boiler had a cracked heat ex-changer so I needed a new one...I also ordered a new thankless hot water heater at the same time...very pleased with the great service from start to finish...Andrew and Julies installed both for me and were very fast, efficient and extremely polite...I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing hvac services

Purchased new heating system from Novel Care. Chris & Justin are real pros. Novel Care made the entire process from understanding my needs to installation to rebates easy. Price was fair and very reasonable. They were patient, upfront and explained everything. Highly recommended. I couldn't be any more happier with their work. Real nice guys too. I have had Novel Care come to install a boiler unit in the past, and as with the past this time was excellent. They are committed to working with there customers in a conscientious and timely, and the cost is always what is quoted. When our boiler broke down this time (leaking water), they were here within 2 hours and did fantastic work as usual. I recommend them to all my friends, and happy to recommend them to those looking for services . Nice people and great work!!
