Automatic Climate Mechanical

Very professional. Always on time with service calls. So far a positive experience. Follow up review....My upstairs wasn't cooling. Matt from Automatic Climate dropped by to see what was wrong. He was able to resolve the issue promptly. Matt is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Kudos to him for always coming to the rescue.

Been using Automatic Climate for several years. Great technician, knowledgeable, personable, timely, thorough. All work done right, everything explained carefully. Never felt overcharged. I'm very happy with them. UPDATE: Needed them again this morning. Tech was here fast, did great work, explained work needed, why it was needed, and cost. Did the work right and fast. Then spent time to explain why the problem happened and how to prevent recurrence of that and similar problems. Would not leave until all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. I could not ask for more timely, polite, quality people.

Michael and Chris did a comprehensive inspection and estimate. It was complicated because they had to increase the airflow and they had to figure out a way to add supply vent. The possible solutions were thoroughly explained beforehand. It took longer than they expected for the install because they tried to minimize the aesthetic impact when installing a new vent. They also had to find a way to get the inside unit into the crawlspace without digging up the well wall. They did a great job and did not charge more than the contract estimate even though it took more time, manpower and equipment than the calculated for the estimate. The crew members were all courteous, knowledgeable and efficient - exceedingly professional. They cleaned up completely when they were done including removal of the old system. Would definitely use Automatic Climate again.

John W. was extremely professional and did a great job of explaining everything that he was doing. Overall very pleased, only concern would be the cost as the work involved replacement of a capacitor, which is a relatively inexpensive part, and is truly easy to install. Again, overall very pleased .
