Ken was friendly and knowledgeable. I used Hedrick’s for a second opinion and it was worth it. Turned out the major repair the first company quoted was actually a loose wire that was quickly discovered and reconnected for a small price. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family and will be a trusted customer. Integrity over brand... well done.

I had an appointment today with Hedrick's for a minor adjustment to my newly installed AC units. I was pleasantly surprised that their technician remembered to bring a grill cover for an old vent that is no longer used as such. Hedrick's always does a great job and provides much better service than most other companies. I highly recommend this company!

Hedrick's got a team out the same day when I had an issue with my sinks. They gave me a heads up when the team was on their way (right at the beginning of my requested arrival window!) They were courteous, thorough, reasonably priced.. there's a reason why they're my first call when I need plumbing issues!

Showed up within an hour after calling in the evening. Serviceman was great. Amazing price, great service, great communication. Would recommend to anyone.
